Pricing
Online purchases being sent within the United Kingdom will be dispatched within 2-5 working days via Royal Mail. Shipping will be via Special Next Day Delivery (with insurance) and is £9.95.
Buyers requiring worldwide shipping or shipping to the Republic of Ireland will need to contact The Dress Room directly via hello@thedressroom.co.uk to discuss the fee.
Online Returns
Returns, including sale items, are within 7 days from date of delivery. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer with the necessary insurance to cover the cost of the dress.
Items must be in unworn, with the anti-return ribbon/tag attached and in the same condition when they are returned. If for any reason garments are not returned in their original condition no refund will be given.
The Dress Room aims to process all refunds and exchanges within 2 business days of receiving the return. Please allow a further 5 business days for this to reflect in your bank account/on your credit card statement.
