Online returns, including sale items, are within 7 days from date of delivery. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer with the necessary insurance to cover the cost of the dress.
Items must be in unworn, with the anti-return ribbon/tag attached and in the same condition when they are returned. If for any reason garments are not returned in their original condition no refund will be given. 
The Dress Room aims to process all refunds and exchanges within 2 business days of receiving the return. Please allow a further 5 business days for this to reflect in your bank account/on your credit card statement.

In-store returns and refunds

In the unlikely event you change your mind after purchasing an on off-the-rail dress, we offer a 14-day returns policy and will exchange items or offer a credit note. Full refunds will not be given. We are also unable to accept returns/offer refunds or exchanges on sale items.

Faulty items will be replaced (stock depending) or will be fixed free of charge, provided they are unworn and returned within 28 days.

Special/Custom Orders

For custom orders, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of ordering. Should you change your mind once the order is placed deposits cannot be refunded.

Hat Hires

Once a hat is reserved refunds will onlv be given for cancellation made within 24 hrs. Customers who wish to change hats will be required to pay an additional consultation fee of £20.

Damaged hats are charged at £350/fascinators at

£150. The charge for damaged couture hats will be dependent upon the hat/designer and will be agreed with the client on an individual basis. Hats not returned within the agreed period will incur an extra hire fee.
